Deluxe China Limo Terms & Condition

The terms "we", "us", "Company" and "" refers to Oriento Group Limited, a Company registered in Hong Kong. Company will refer to you and all of your affiliates, agents, employees, representatives and subcontractors as "you". Services available on are referred to herein as the "Services". If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the Services. In addition to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, users may be asked to agree to additional terms when using different parts of our Sites. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with such additional terms and conditions, will be referred to as the "Terms." The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of any of the Terms at any time. Please check the Terms periodically for changes. Your use of the Services after such Terms have been posted will mean that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms.


References herein to Sites include any and all Sites now, or hereafter, owned or operated by us. These Terms were last updated on 31/03/2016.

  • Defined Terms

(a) “Call Center” means our customer support center.

(b) “User” means a person who visits the Site to search for and potentially book ground transportation.

(c) “Affiliate” means a limousine company that has agreed to join the marketplace of ground transportation providers. Affiliates display their available vehicle inventory based on the search criteria entered by a user on the Site.

(d) “Partner” means a company who agrees to promote through external marketing channels.

  • Booking Revisions & Cancellations

    1. Revisions

        (a) Prior to Service:

Deluxe China Limo requires all booking revisions be received via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service time. If a revision cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Revisions cannot be made with drivers during service.


           (b) During Service:

If at any time during your trip you wish to extend the service time or add another service location, contact Deluxe China Limo customer service team. We will confirm your revision and send a pay code link or a new Credit Card Pre-authorization Form via email.


        2. Cancellations

  (a) Cancellations are accepted by email at or by phone +852 8197 5008 only.

  (b) Standard Bookings:

For standard booking cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled service time, no fee will be charged. Your authorized amount of the credit card will be released. For cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled service time, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time or no show, you will be charged the full booking amount.

  (c) Special Events with multiple vehicles:

For bookings involving special events with multiple vehicles, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged the full booking amount.

  •  Wait Time and No Show

(a) If you cannot find our driver, please contact us via phone at +852 8197 5008.

(b) Failure to either meet the driver or contact us within the free waiting period to extend the waiting time will be considered a no-show and the full booking amount will be charged.

(b) Airport Transfers:

For airport transfers, your flight will be tracked to ensure our vehicle is waiting when you land. Our driver will wait outside the arrival hall exit with a name sign for one hour free of charge, after which additional waiting time charges will apply. Additional waiting time will be charged.

(c) Hotel and other Transfers:

For hotel and other transfers, our driver will wait at the hotel lobby or main entrance with a name sign for 15 minutes form the scheduled booking time, after which you will be charged for additional waiting time.

(d) Hourly Day Hire:

For hourly or day hire our driver will wait for the full duration of the service booked.

  • Availability

(a) If your choice of vehicle is not available, a vehicle of the same level or an upgrade will be supplied.

(b) Urgent bookings will be subject to vehicle availability.


  • Payment

(a) Deluxe China Limo accepts Visa, MasterCard and bank wire transfer for payment.

(b) For all the payment methods, clients will be required to fill in a Credit Card Preauthorization Form that is used to pre-authorize your card in order to secure the booking. Payment will be charged after the service is completed according to the actual service provided with a receipt.

  • Working Procedure with Credit Payment

1. Clients provide Credit card details for Deluxe China Limo to do a preauthorization of the estimated service charges.

2. Deluxe China Limo will send an invoice via email to the client after the completion of each service or a summary invoice at the end of the month for all the services done during the month.

3. Clients will have 5 days to review and approve / query any of the charges.

4. Once invoice has been approved; clients will need to pay within 7 days by one of the following ways:

(a) Initiate Wire transfer to Deluxe China Limo’s Hong Kong bank account.

(b) Authorize Deluxe China Limo to charge the original credit card.

(c) Provide a new credit card number to be charged.

5. Once payment has been received, Deluxe China Limo will release the pre-authorized amount.  

6. If payment has not been received by 15 days, Deluxe China Limo will charge the original credit card for the amount outstanding.


  • Additional Fees

1. All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to: road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed at cost to the client. The following is a list of additional fees you may incur.

2. Tolls

Pricing is based on pick up and drop off locations provided. Please note that tolls are not included in the pricing (except for airport transfer service) and you will be billed for any incurred toll charges after the ride is complete.

3. Stops

For airport transfers, any requested stop during the ride will be billed at the stop rate for the ride selected plus other fees listed in your ride quote. A stop is typically calculated based on 10 minutes of wait time. If your stop is longer, or if your stop deviates from the original itinerary, your ride may be converted to hourly pricing.

4. Parking

Parking fees are typically incurred on airport pickups where the airport does not have a waiting lot, or when an inside pick up is requested; or for any requested stop where free parking is not available.

5. Extra Hours

Additional hours outside the original quoted ride duration shall be billed at the extra hours’ rate for the ride selected, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Extra hours are typically associated with hourly services, and are incurred from the originally scheduled end time. If you do not start your ride on time, but the driver arrives at the scheduled time, and you retain the vehicle for the original number of hours requested, extra hours will be incurred.

6. Extra Mileage/Kilometers

Additional miles/kilometers are charged for mileage beyond the base rate. Rates may vary by cities/countries.

7. Clean Up and Repair Fees

(a) Clean up fees may be charged when activity inside the vehicle leaves a residual odor or stains the carpet/upholstery, including but not limited to smoking, spilled food or drinks, foods with a heavy odor and vomit.

(b) Repair fees may be charges when physical damage is caused to the vehicle including but not limited to rips and tears to the carpet, upholstery, or other soft materials; damage to moldings, door panels or other components.

  • Privacy

(a) Deluxe China Limo does not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties.

(b) Deluxe China Limo reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.


  • Luggage and Lost Items

(a) Please check that your luggage size fits within the luggage capacity of the vehicle you have selected.

(b) Deluxe China Limo and its Affiliates are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged.

(c) Deluxe China Limo reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.


  • Acts of God

Deluxe China Limo and its affiliates are not responsible for acts of god, or circumstances not under our control including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, border crossing delays and delays due to weather conditions.
